DreamQuest


For the midterm in my GAME 210 class, I created this exploration/survival horror game. The theme was heavily influenced by the Platonic Cave and the Australian Aboriginal Dreamtime. The story focuses on Vestige, a lost spirit who finds itself in a cave. To escape, it must find five pieces of a medallion across five expansive levels. The controls work like a platformer except the player is not bound by gravity and has free range of motion. There are different monsters that jumpscare the player. The player cannot fight them off and instead must find avoid them.
